A new drive for large tubes, thanks to the Italian company Sica

The Italian company Sica has designed a new towing capable of dragging high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE), with a diameter up to 3.5 meters, which are spreading in the transport of pressurized fluids.

Despite the power used, the towing ensures low energy consumption thanks to the adoption of high-performance, low-maintenance mechanical transmissions.

The management of pipes, even of large dimensions, is simple and safe thanks to electrically operated supports.
