The O.M.P. was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Luciano Dalla Vecchia, forty-two years ago, in a North-East where people were already beginning to perceive an anxious, strong and unique entrepreneurial ability.

We design, manufacture pipes and metals cutting and handling lines. Our company, whose brand is recognized worldwide, avails itself of the support of over 30 agents in as many countries.

Over the years OMP has always known how to renew itself, we have always anticipated the market, because yes, we perceive the sensations, so we innovate and adapt our product so that it can support it, enrich it, give the added value that we entrepreneurs from Vicenza are good at.

Our brand has been making itself known in the world since the 1980s. We carry Made in Italy with us, a value that is still undisputed today in terms of quality and product technology. The 2000s open the door to internationalization; it’s time to relocate so we establish the “OMP-Brasile Taglio Tecnologia” to which we transmit our expertise, supplying the semi-finished product, the assembly information.

But the know-how remains Italian: all the study, the planning, the ideas and the “intuitions” remain ours; they are part of our culture, something we are very proud of and that cannot be transmitted.

Immediate quality production increase with Mtm Flying cut-off machine A-100

ET a Italian Company specialized in producing longitudinal welded steel tubes – partner of a German world leading company for modular pipework systems, since 1924, with subsidiaries in Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the USA and a net distribution all over the world – aims to boost its production output for more competitive markets satisfying any customers’ needs.

As part of its strategic program to supply customized longitudinally welded tubes with specific characteristics and tolerances, the company contracted Officine M.T.M. S.p.A. for a high-speed Flying Cut Off Cold Saw for its tube mill line.

Since MTM Flying Cut Off A100 CS SPL commissioning at their plant, the Customer has immediately achieved the cutting quality and the increasing of the productivity results.

The new unit also features important technical innovations, which allow to cut high tensile strength material with the highest quality and precision at any working speed. This model MTM Flying Cut Off A100 CS SPL belongs to single blade cold saw cut-off family with a range coverage from 25 mm to 160mm. It is equipped with extremely versatile and icon-based software, enabling an operator to optimize speed and type of blade for any production size.

Officine M.T.M. S.p.A has been specializing in flying cut-off units for over 40 years, offering a wide range of models, custom designed with special attention on high precision and perfect quality in-line cut without vibrations and able to guarantee the highest life of the blades.

TIGER 372 CNC LR 4.0, automatic electromechanical vertical sawing machine with HSS blade which can operate also in semi-automatic mode, to cut steels from -45° to +60°.

– CNC machine with a new controller: MEP 40.

It has been specifically designed by MEP for the automation of its range of products, to obtain, on the same bar or on the material located on the loading magazine CB6001 (OPTIONAL), up to 300 cutting programs each of different lengths and quantities.

– The headstroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to be cut, is set directly from the control panel.

– Transmission system at 3 stages so as to guarantee high sturdiness, precision and to obtain high removal capacities.

– Bar feeder vice with sideways movement so as to feed in also deformed bars.

– Model with complete covering so as to reach 3 fundamental aims:

+ Operator’s safety (during working cycles, access to cutting area is hindered by a timed opening system).

+ Sound-proofness.
+ Possibility to work with high quantity of cutting liquid (120 liters/min) to cool blade, to wash the working area continuously and to convey chips guaranteeing in this way longer blade life.

Band saw KASTOmiwin

KASTO is introducing a new range of saws. The Two-column guided band saw KASTOmiwin for straight and miter cutting in steel trade and workshop.

This two-column guided band saw for single cuts and miter jobs (-45 ° / + 60 °) is characterized by a frequency-controlled, infinitely adjustable blade speed (12-150 m / min), a cutting strip, which is turning with the saw head, of wear-resistant spring steel as Material support, an electric motor-driven saw feed and a hydrau-lic material clamping. The hydraulic material clamping is automatically hydraulically shifted depending on the positive or negative cutting angle.

All advantages at a glance: Fast, accurate material feed with gear rack. No wear of the material support due to swinging support table right next to the sawblade. Low burr formation. Exact parallel material clamping due to movable vice. Parts can’t jam (Wedge). Optimized cutting times through KASTOrespond. Constant saw feed by means of ball screw spindle. Faspar is investing intensively in R&D

Faspar is investing intensively in R&D and is launching the innovative robot for fully automated setup of the cutting tooling on slitting lines. It is a 5 axis cartesian robot with a patented gripper which can handle tools even from 1mm thickness, patented automatic edge control reader for sharpeness and cracks, integrated automatic washing machine (both by ultrasonic and soap). More and more customer, in particular service centers, are interested in this new innovative product.

Since 1966, FASPAR S.p.A. is an important machine builder in Milan area (Italy), well-known company for producing complete coil processing lines.
